The Realty Investment Club of Houston, established in 1979, is a non-profit trade association serving the real estate investment community of the greater Houston area. The organization, better known today by its acronym RICH, has a history of providing education to Houston area investors for more than 25 years.
With over 2,000 members, RICH is one of the largest real estate investor associations in the country, promoting real estate investment, responsible property and project management while promoting sound, ethical business practices.
RICH members include full- and part-time investors, beginning investors, accountants and attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, contractors, mortgage lenders, property appraisers and inspectors, property managers and renovation specialists—people wanting to enjoy the many benefits of real estate investing.
RICH members receive education, networking and discussion of real estate investing, as well as a long list of member benefits and services. Membership includes free admission to many RICH events each and every month—the General Meeting and Trade Show, Monday Night Workshops, and a growing list of Focus Group meetings.
Members also receive a professional newsletter and service guide filled with informative articles by local and national experts and many sources of specialized services for investors.
We invite you to learn more about RICH and investing in real estate by joining us at our next General Meeting, held the first Saturday of each month. Guests are always welcome and reservations are not required. Guest fees may be applied toward membership.
